Process group

The Process Group object (example 1 & 2) is similar to folders in Windows Explorer. It is used to group the processes in SmartProcess into folders. You can arrange process groups over several levels to create "subfolders".

By clicking on the modeled objects, you can navigate through the different levels of the process groups, making them suitable for creating single or multi-level process maps or process landscapes. Several process maps can also be created for a group of companies or different locations. With the appropriate setting, users from different locations can be shown different process maps on the start page.

Process

You use the Process object (example 3) to display the internal processes of your company in a process model. A wide range of modeling objects is available for this purpose.

Tip: You can organize the processes into process groups, according to your company divisions, for example.
