You can set substitutes for case processing.

In this way, a representative receives all case rights that the assigned user has. This means that the person not only has access to the cases that are directly assigned to a user, but also, depending on the user's authorization profile, far-reaching read and editing rights.

A suitable license must be available as a basic requirement: Just because a viewer is entered as a representative for a person with an editor license does not give them editing rights for processes.

If the date fields are not or only partially filled in, the regulation comes into effect immediately and/or until further notice. The user's cases are listed for the representative in the cases menu in a separate "My substitutions" folder in the tree for cases with editing rights. The representative will also receive notifications about the user's new cases.

To be able to see the folder for the first time after creating a rule, the user must log out once and log in again.
