You will receive your access data via e-mail.

If SmartProcess is connected to an Active Directory, you will not receive access data via e-mail. Your access data will then correspond to the user name and password of your Windows login.

Launch the application using the link in the email (in the example <CWA SmartProcess>)

For the use of SmartProcess we recommend the browser Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

In the login screen, enter the user name and password from the e-mail.

Reset password

This function is only available if SmartProcess is not connected to an Active Directory.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the <Forgotten your Password?> link and enter either your username or the email address associated with your account.

Once you have entered this data, you will receive an e-mail from the system. By clicking on <Change password> in this e-mail you will be directed to a window where you can set a new password.

Change password

This function is only available if SmartProcess is not connected to an Active Directory.

To change your password, you must already be logged on to SmartProcess. Click the icon with your initials or the user picture in the header bar.

You will be directed to a read-only view of your user profile. There you can change your password via the button <Change password>. For this purpose, you need your old password and must assign your new password according to the defined password rules, if the administrator of the system specifies such rules.

If you have editing rights for your own user profile, you can change the master data of your user via the button <Edit>.
