Call up the Settings menu in the header bar:

Folders for groups can be created in the Organizational units and roles menu. The operation takes place via context menu (right mouse button).

The organizational units and groups can later be sent operations for processing. Furthermore, users can only process the activities if they are permitted for the organizational unit/group. It is therefore essential that at least one user is assigned to each organizational unit/group.

Before users are created, organizational units must be created.

It is possible to create organizational units and groups from an LDAP or Active Directory source. You can drag the organizational units from the right tree to the left tree using the mouse. This option only exists if a corresponding data source is configured (see LDAP Profile).

The organizational tree is synchronous with the organizational chart in the Organizational Chart menu.

With an active LDAP profile, you can use drag and drop to transfer organizational units from the Active Directory with the corresponding users from the tree displayed on the right.
