Signatures can be used when you send e-mails to users or external parties as part of cases.
In addition, signatures can also be linked to text modules, i.e. if the text module is then used for an e-mail, the signature appears automatically at the end of the text module.
The advantage of signatures is that they can be managed centrally and you don't have to edit each individual email when making changes.
Add and edit signature
By clicking <Add> you can define a new signature and specify a name.
You also can edit or delete existing signatures.
Just as with the text modules, you can also use placeholders for the signature
