Using the feature
With the SmartAI knowledge questions assistant, you can use SmartAI to generate knowledge questions for processes and documents that are requested from process participants or document users as part of a read confirmation.
To do this, open the window for editing knowledge questions for the process or document as usual via More actions --> Knowledge questions for reading confirmation.
In the window that opens for creating knowledge questions, you'll find, among other things, the Generate questions with SmartAI button.
Clicking it opens a small window where you can specify the desired number of questions and the number of answer options to be available for each question.
When you click Generate questions, SmartAI uses the process model as well as the process and task descriptions to formulate questions and answer options that match this content.
The generated content can then be edited manually, weighted with points, supplemented with descriptive text, or expanded with additional questions, as explained in the general article on knowledge questions for reading confirmation.
