In the list Actions beneath the process model, all tasks and sub-processes that were modeled in the process model are listed.

If the tasks have been numbered, the entries are sorted according to this numbering. Otherwise, the activities are sorted alphabetically by name.

Additional information is displayed for the activities:

  • Name and description of the tasks and sub-processes
  • Process participants - Depending on the swimlane in which the task was modeled, the responsible organizational unit/role for the task is displayed. If additional participants were used as well, they are also displayed including their participation type.
  • Artefacts - When artefacts have been linked to a task, they are listed in this column.

The links of the objects in the list 'Actions' call up the properties of the object.

All entries in the list 'Actions' are also listed in the process description.
