New functions and changes from 05.12.2019:

  • In workflow modeling, the handling of the Forward case object has been simplified. The original mask with extended forwarding rules can still be opened via button.
  • When forwarding a case manually, you can optionally add a comment to the forwarding.

  • The box "Last activity" in the case window can be hidden. To do this, select the setting Activity tabs in the workflow's Form designer and deactivate the checkbox at "Show last activity".

  • Using the user image or initials in the SmartProcess application header, each user can access a read-only view of their profile and change their password.

  • A new field type has been created for designing workflow forms in the Form designer. The "Multi row formatable text" field is an HTML field in which formatted text, images, links, and videos can be inserted.

  • The column order of tables in the case window can be changed. Such tables are created by using field groups in the workflow form.
You can see your current version in the menu "Settings - Info about version - Version".
