New features and changes from 05.02.2020:

• The full text search in the header menu now also searches in the knowledge base.

• Reporting for process management objects: For fields, a separate column can be defined for each language in the list report. In addition, read and write permissions for processes and documents can also be displayed in a column.

• When processes and documents are published via the release workflow, the "valid from date" is overwritten with the date of publication. When publishing without a release workflow, the "Valid From Date" can be set manually.

• If you call up a workflow application menu such as Audit on the left-hand side of the main menu, a report can be displayed here as the starting point. A start report is defined in the upper menu in the workflow application menu.

• When using the full text search, you can now search separately for processes and tasks.

• For news on the start page, the first lines of text are displayed in addition to the title.

• In the process model the moving of labels from a connector or sequence flow has been optimized. And as default setting you can now move the connector names.

• In the qualification profile of an employee, processes and documents from process management can be displayed. To use this function, a configuration in the system is required.

• When evaluating processes and process groups, "Superior element" can be selected as a filter. Thus, all objects or processes that exist below this process group or process are evaluated.
