New functions and changes from 10.09.2020:

  • New module Audit Trail - If the module has been purchased, each publishing, withdrawal and deletion of processes and documents is automatically documented in the settings of the new menu item Audit-Trail. Every step in the case processing that requires a signature of the user is also listed.

  • The new function translation help is available. If it is activated, suggestions for the translation of multilingual content can be generated with a mouse click (requires a DeepL API account).

  • The functions of the HTML field were extended by tables, table of contents and background color for text. This can be used for processes, cases and the knowledge base, for example. The table function is not available in workflow forms.

  • For knowledge bases as well as individual categories and entries within a knowledge base, reading and editing rights can be assigned based on organizational units of the organization chart.

  • Categories in the knowledge base can now be accessed via a unique link. The entries in the folder are displayed in a list view in addition to the previous tree structure.

  • Each entry in the knowledge base can now be accessed via a unique link.

  • During process modeling, it can be set in the options of the Process designer whether the checkered background is shown or hidden.

  • The Org. units / roles in the Document users list can now be clicked to view the properties of the Org. unit / role.

  • A mergefield for the language of a document was added. This allows the document language entered in SmartProcess to be displayed in the Word file attachment.

  • In the case window, a paper clip appears next to the case number in the Linked/Parent case area when the linked case contains file attachments.

  • The version description can now be added as a placeholder for the system e-mails "Process published" and "Document published" in the settings under internal text modules.

  • In the settings under Login options and views, the time of inactivity before a user is automatically logged out of SmartProcess can now be set to a maximum of 510 minutes.
