New functions and changes from 17.04.2020:

  • In the "To" field of an e-mail sent from a case, several contacts from the contact catalogue can now be entered.

  • For Qualifications Management, you can specify in the workflow settings for the "Qualifications profile" workflow that only processes and documents relevant to training are transferred to the qualifications profile. In the details of the process or document, an option is now available to specify whether the process or document is relevant for training.

  • When copying a process group via the context menu of the Process Explorer, you can now select whether the contained process groups, processes or elements should be copied or reused.

  • The arrowhead of the shapes of processes and process groups retain their shape when the shape is enlarged in the Process Designer.

  • In the mobile web app, selection lists with multiple selection, checkboxes and radio buttons in tasks are now available.

  • When resetting a password in the user administration settings, a default initial password is no longer assigned for security reasons. Only an individually generated password is sent by mail.

  • In the mobile web app, filter functions and sorting functions are now available in the Activities menu.

  • In the mobile web app, processes can now also be forwarded manually.

  • In the mobile view of a task, access to the user administration is now supported so that a responsible person can be selected in a field. This allows an action in the mobile view to be forwarded to a user.

  • In the Password Security menu in the Settings, further password rules can be specified for the entire application (validity period, minimum length, contained characters and special characters).

  • In the Form Designer, in the properties of the fields in the form of an activity, you can set whether these fields should be available in reporting or not.

  • Cases can be forwarded to roles.
You can see your current version in the menu "Settings - Info about version - Version".
