Version 9.1.0.10 Release Notes

New functions and changes from 04.12.2020:

• Mobile Web App - Catalogue fields can be accessed in workflow forms.

• Mobile Web App - In workflow forms, access to fields from the contact management is possible.

• Version comparison for Word-based file attachments - This feature is available in the Documents menu under Versions, as well as when reviewing and approving documents.

• Read and edit rights can be assigned for news entries based on organizational units of the organizational chart.

• If artifacts have been added to the task details so that they appear as a mini icon in the process model, a preview with the names of the deposited artifacts now appears when such a mini icon is moused over.

• In the section Authors for Processes and Documents, the creator of the last version is now recorded in addition to the creator of the process/document. Furthermore, you can select whether only the version creator or all authors should be displayed in the process description or the Word file attachment.

• The heading of the process modeling object Footer can be adjusted in the process management settings.

• In the properties of an organizational unit, representatives can be entered in addition to the manager. In the organizational chart the note " Representative" is displayed for the corresponding user.

• The icons for the operating elements in the organizational chart have been changed. Additionally, with a single click on an org unit/role its properties can be opened and edited.

• A separate icon for displaying the object type 'Group' now exists at all positions where the organizational chart is displayed as a tree structure.

• In the Send E-Mail workflow object, the currently responsible person / Org. unit / role can now also be selected as recipient.

• Text modules are now created and edited in the menu "Settings - E-Mails and text modules".

• Value assignments for form fields are now also recognized when editing fields of activities directly in the activity list.

• When reporting with crosstabs, columns can now be grouped by a field. For example, the qualifications in the qualifications matrix can be grouped by category.

• The e-mail text which is delivered when a standard report is sent on a schedule can now be customized in the text modules for system e-mails.

• The user import now additionally allows to assign a product license to the users.

• The Excel export in all lists has been changed from XLS format to XLSX format.

• All dates are now displayed with a 4-digit year in SmartProcess.
