In the Reporting tab, you assign general access rights for the options related to reporting.

Reporting for cases

View shared reports

If this option is enabled , the users are allowed to run shared reports for case data (e.g. approval workflows, actions) that have been shared by others with all users or with their own organizational units or roles.

These shared reports can be accessed, for example, via the Reporting menu, the corresponding application menu (e.g. menu Action) or on the start page in the 'Standard Reports' / 'Graphical Reports' windows.

Via Rights workflow participants, access to standard reports can be set separately for each workflow.

Create own reports

If this option is enabled , then in addition to viewing shared reports, the users are also allowed to create their own reports for case data and save them only visible to themselves.

Creating own reports is possible in the Reporting menu or in the corresponding application menu (e.g. Action).

When running any report, the user will only see the cases for which he has read access according to the settings in the Workflows / Cases tab.

Share reports with other users

If this option is enabled ,then in addition to creating own reports, the users are allowed to share their saved reports with other organizational units, roles and users.

This permission can only be executed by users with an Editor license or Designer license.

Reporting for process and document management

View shared reports

If this option is enabled , the users are allowed to run shared reports for process and document data that have been shared by others with all users or with their own organizational units or roles..

These shared reports can be accessed, for example, via the Reporting menu, the "Lists and Reports" area in the Processes or Documents menu or on the start page in the 'Standard Reports' / 'Graphical Reports' windows.

Create own reports

If this option is enabled , then in addition to viewing shared reports, the users are also allowed to create their own reports for process and document data and save them only visible to themselves.

When running any report, the user will only be shown the processes or documents to which he has read access according to the settings in the Processes or Documents tab.

Share reports with other users

If this option is enabled , then in addition to creating own reports, the users are allowed to share their saved reports with other organizational units, roles and users.

This permission can only be executed by users with a Designer license.

KPI element on the start page

The KPI view can be used as an element on the start page

If this option is enabled , the users are allowed to display the 'Indicator (KPI)' element on the start page, which lists all the KPI cases to which the user has read access.
