New functions and changes from 30.06.2020:

  • Free input fields are available in the mobile web app and are displayed to the user on his mobile device when editing an activity.

  • The sorting of the order of catalogue fields can be set in the settings and defines the order of the input fields when creating a new catalogue entry and the order of the columns when viewing the catalogue.

  • In the workflow settings you can activate that a signature is required for confirmation when saving a task or case.

  • In the process model, long connector texts are automatically wrapped. This only applies to newly drawn connectors.

  • To make it easier to move objects in the process model, dragging a connector from center to center of a process object has been disabled in the Process Management settings and can be enabled there again. A connector is now available in the mini icons and can be created from there.

  • In case of requested activities, the subject of the main case is also displayed in the subject line of the requested task. In the approval workflow, for example, you can configure the process name as the subject so that the process is displayed in the subject of the requested task in the case list.

  • In the reporting for processes and documents, you can access the "Standards and Requirements" catalog for filtering by standards via a selection and choose a standard from the catalog for filtering.

  • Requested forms, such as read confirmations and other external forms opened and edited through the application, are displayed in the same simple layout as the link in the e-mail used to send the form.

  • Videos can be uploaded and embedded in HTML fields, such as a task in a process.
